For the following Sales Order, the requested delivery dates in schedule line level are pushed to 12/03/2012 even though the stock is existing.

It was observed that the issue was with the Route that is used in the sales order.
The Route WEWWTR is been used and it is observed that for that Route Z1 calender is used.

Transit time of 1 day and calender Z1 is maintained for Route WEWWTR.

It is observed that the calender Z1 is having Plant Shutdown from 11/22/2012 to 12/02/2012.

So in our present sales order "1303749" the requested delivery date is 11/28/2012. Even though there is enough stock, by considering the transit time of one day and by considering the plant shut down time
(from 11/22/2012 to 12/02/2012 holidays) system has proposed 12/03/2012 as delivery date.
We need to maintain the correct assignment of calender to the Route.

Resolution

Updated the routes by assigning the corresponding suitable calenders.
