New changes requested in the current release by NEC:
1. Removed the "New Era Cap Company" title from the report.
2. Alternative block colors are White and Grey.
3. Grouping Changed to Region > License > Sales Org.
4. Percentage figures shows single decimal. Eg: 99.1%.
5. ELT License Scorecard report renamed as ELT200.
6. Numbers are not bold.
7. Removed the titles from each block and kept the title as a separate block in top of the Page.
8. Shows the Year and Period parameter information.
