Create a Customer with Sales Organization with 2000.
Add ShipTo for that Customer with Sales Organization 2000.
Assign this customer to Inquiry user to test Order Capturing for EMEA users.

Create a Customer with Sales Organization with 2000 and add ShipTo for that Customer with Sales Organization 2000.
Assign this customer to Inquiry user.
Update SSIS package to ensure that the records that are added manually are not getting deactivated and Credit flags are maintained.

Insert record into Customer Master table.
Insert record into Customer Ship table.
Update SSIS package CustomerMaster.dtsx not to deactivate manually added entries
Update SSIS package CustShip.dtsx not to deactivate manually added entries.
