Functional Requirement

Apply thousand separator to No. of Cartons text box and save the value without thousand separator in DB.

Solution Summary

Thousand separator on the number of cartons text box can be achieved by writing javascript code. While entering the value in No. of Cartons text box it will check for numerics only and will not allow any other character other than numerics and thousand separator "," will be automatically applied to the value in the textbox.

While saving the value of No. of Cartons text box in DB we can save only the numeric part without thousand separator.
