NEC reported that Stitch count is coming correct as that is in Wilcom Database.

Earlier the packages are pointing to other Database servers and databases. But now they are checking the Wilcom data in another database server. So the is not matching with it.
So Database server and connections need to be changed to the database which NEC is pointing to compare.

Resolution

---

Updated the database name in Ecalc package and requested NEC to change the Connection string to point the new Database server which they are currently using to compare the data.
