Phase Master Testing is failed in the QAS (SNQ 100)
1. With multiple files (one with Blank file – It should be with only 3 # hashes)
2. Empty file (with 7 hashes #)

The 1st test case is successfully processed in DEV and Secound test the File is wrong (with 7 hashes #).
We generally have four columns in the normal input file, if the file is blank it usually be with 3 hashes and this is failed due to the 7 hashes.

The first case is processed successfully in DEV and not in Quality because we have write access to IN folder in SND but donot have access in SNQ.
Would we get the access to the Folders or do we have to change the program to handle it.
