Functional Requirement
These reports are needed to analyze color performance and key color combinations to help make informed future product decisions.
06-23-2014 - Email from Mark Grzechowiak - NEC Requested us to make the following changes:
1. Change the report titles (from -> to) :
Merchandising Color Report I -> Merchandising Color Report by Silhouette
Merchandising Color Report II -> Merchandising Color Report by PMS Color
Merchandising Color Report III -> Merchandising Color Report by Gender
2. When reports are drilled down to the detail level the following columns overlap one another,
is there a means of cleaning this up so it displays more consistently in a browser window(i.e. smaller font size, wider page format)

1. For the Merchandising Color Report by Gender report:
Default sort order at the detail level needs to be by Total Revenue Desc
2. For the Merchandising Color Report by PMS Color:
Need to add the grouping option of: Year -> Region -> SBU -> PMS Color -> Season -> Gender -> Silhouette -> Collection
07-03-2014 - Email from Mark Grzechowiak - NEC Requested us to make the following changes in all 3 reports:
1. For all items in the grouping hierarchy null or blank values should display as "N/A" (this was previously a requirement just for the collection object
2.‘Product Category’ should display ‘Product Segmentation’ which has been identified as Z_MATERIAL > CUSTOMER GROUP 9
07-14-2014 - Email from Mark Grzechowiak - NEC Requested us to make the following changes in all 3 reports:
1.The report names in production should be as follows:
SA710 - Merchandising Colors Report by Gender
SA715 - Merchandising Colors Report by PMS Color
SA720 - Merchandising Colors Report by Silhouette
2. Display "N/A" if the PMS Color values are null or blank at group level
Solution Summary
1. Need to create three reports with same structure as specified in the technical specification.
2. Need to apply the groups dynamically based on user selection for each report.
3. Need to create new parameters at report level to select grouping order.
4. Need to apply formatting for each report as specified by NEC.
5. Need to apply sort order at the detail level by Total Revenue.
6. Need to add new group option of to Merchandising Color Report by PMS Color report
Year -> Region -> SBU -> PMS Color -> Season -> Gender -> Silhouette -> Collection
7.Need to display "N/A" for all items in the grouping hierarchy null or blank values.
8.Need to display ‘Product Category’ as ‘Product Segmentation’ which has been identified as Z_MATERIAL > CUSTOMER GROUP 9.
